Ludo Review, Box Office Result, Hit Or Flop On OTT?

Ludo movie has officially released on November 12, 2020 on Netflix at around 1.30 pm. The screentime of Ludo is around 2 hours 30 minutes.

There are four different stories going around in this movie and somehow it’s connecting with each other. The screenplay is tight paced but the story is full confusing. The first few minutes of this movie will interest you but soon you loose your mind as the story follows in the first half. Well, the second half is engaging and this film ends on a good note. Still, attempting and making a movie like this is a big thing and this kind of movies come under black comedy genre. The screenplay is good in bits and parts, rather than a whole.

The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Pankaj Tripathi, Rohit Suresh Saraf, Pearle Maaney, Inayat Verma and many more.

This film has been directed by Anurag Basu, who at least try something new in his movies like Jagga Jasoos and Barfi! This film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Anurag Basu, Tani Basu, and Deepshika Bose. This film has been written by Anurag Basu and Samrat Chakraborty. The music has been done by Pritam and his music make you feel good. The cinematography is refreshing and it has been done by Anurag Basu and Rajesh Shukla. The editing has been done by Ajay Sharma and you can praise him as he did great job with frames.

The early reviews of Ludo movie has been out now and critics have rated this film in a range of 2.5 to 3 stars out of 5. This film has received an IMDB rating of 8.1 stars out of 10 stars.

The budget of Ludo movie hasn’t been revealed yet but would be reportedly over 18 to 20 crores easily.

Altogether, Ludo film has various characters and they evoke different kind of emotions. The good thing is, you will connect with the emotions of the characters at the end of the movie.

Last Word: Watch it if you like Anurag Basu’s Jagga Jasoos and Barfi! Also watch it for its twisted and yet refreshing story.
