Directorial debut of Sajid Nadiadwala:

Sajid Nadiadwala is a popular name in the film industry for producing end numbers of movies. With Kick, it was the first time he took the director’s seat and the rest is history. The film turned out to be a landmark in his Illustrious career.

Casting of Kick:

Nawazuddin Siddiqui role as a cynical person has grabbed everyone’s eyeballs. It was one of his earliest roles in a mainstream films after tasting success with Gangs Of Wasseypur 2. Apart from that, Randeep Hooda plays a police officer whose dream was to catch Devil aka Devi Lal Singh, the character played by Salman Khan. In the cat and mice chase sequence between these two stars at the climax have given audience chill moments. It was for the first time Jacqueline Fernandez roped in with Bhaijaan and both of their chemistry worked well for the movie.

Music of Kick:

The music of the film has been given by Himesh Reshammiya, Meet Bros Anjjan and Yo Yo Honey Singh. The background score was composed by Julius Packiam. The songs like Hangover, Jumme Ki Raat were turned out to be chart busters in the music space.

Kick 2 update:

Kick 2 has been planned to release on December 2020 by the makers. The makers have completed the first draft of the script and they are working on second draft. The Pre-production work of the film has been started and it may go on the floors at the start of 2020.
