Varun Dhawan, who adores Salman Khan as his mentor, has beaten him in the collection figures. At the latest, Judwaa 2 has completed 13 days at the box office and it has shattered the lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s unusual film Tubelight.

Released in Eid 2017, Tubelight has managed to rake up 121 crores at the box office in its lifetime run. Directed by Kabir Khan, no one had ever thought that Salman’s film will fall down in such a way. Well, Varun Dhawan’s film has shattered many records earlier and now it has broken Tubelight lifetime collection record by earning 123 crores.

Judwaa 2 is currently in the second week and still, it did a great collection at the box office. This movie was lucky enough that it didn’t get an intense competition in the second week. Chef movie did release this week but it didn’t give any extreme competition to Varun’s Judwaa 2.

This is Varun Dhawan’s 9th hit in a row starting from Student Of The Year in 2012. Varun still has a long way to go and he is all set to be a future superstar of Bollywood.
