Judged by Master Chef awardees, Mumbai’s Powai witnesses desert cooking competition organised by TIP

One of the posh areas in Mumbai – Powai Hiranandani is quite popular for their activities among all age groups. Not only that – the vicinity is also vibrant for many social causes like marathon, camps and etc.Recently, areas women group lead by Purva Kakade who is also the founder of Tutors In Powai (TIP) – organised desert cooking competition which was a successful event.
There were 20 participants who had to prepare their items from home and had to garnish at the event. The delecious items were prepared seeing health also as it was not only cooking competition – but also with a talk show on health care tips from DR Dipti Kadu (cosmetologist), Pushkar Kasat (neurologist, vertigo and balance disorder specialist), Hemangi (analyst, therapist).The successful event was graced by talented judges Geetha Sridhar, Priti Gupte who has won many prices by legend Sanjeev Kapoor in Master Chef and other competitions. The event was also judged by internationally acclaimed baker Neha Bandiwadekar. Neha recently had her cake in India’s first same sex wedding party.
