Jathi Ratnalu (Jewels Of The Nation) is a Telugu film which released in theaters on March 11, 2021. Due to enormous success at the box office, OTT platform Amazon Prime has released this film on April 11, 2021. The screentime of this comedy film is around 2 hours 25 minutes.

The story of this film talks about Naveen Polishetty aka Srikanth who used to work in a ladies cloth shop of his father in a small town of Jogipet in Telangana. Srikanth father want him to handle the family business but he felt that there is no respect in this job. He thinks to go to Hyderabad town and get a job and earn respect in Jogipet town. Mostly, Srikanth roam with his careless buddies Rahul Ramakrishna aka Ravi, Priyadarshi aka Sekhar. When Srikanth friends got to know that he is leaving for Hyderabad, they accompanied him. In Hyderabad, Srikanth falls in love with Faria Abdullah aka Shamili and decides to marry her. Well, Shamili didn’t know that Srikanth is a small town guy and doesn’t even speak English properly. Well, there is a twist in the tale, where a Sports minister Chanakya played by Murali Sharma got accidently injured and somehow landed on the same room where Srikanth and his friends resides. Well, Srikanth and his friends now caught by police while they were carrying the injured body of Chanakya. Yes, the three of the friends now landed in jail, what turns next is interesting and exciting.
This film also stars famous comedian Brahmanandam aka Judge, Vennela Kishore as Srikanth’s prison based friend, Brahmaji and many others. This film also has cameo appearances by Keerthy Suresh aka Vanajakshi, and Vijay Deverakonda.

Bollywood Crazies Opinion: The writing and dialogues are so hilarious that you would laugh it out. The good thing is, there no double meaning dialogues and the story is so fresh. The three actors are the soul of this film. Naveen has most of the monologues to say and he did say it clearly. Few of the dialogues that I liked is, ‘I am a Citizen Kane of India’, ‘What the Hell and Heaven’ and ‘I hate you Vanajakshi’. The dialogues are so relatable that you will laugh it alot. Thanks to the dialogue writer because he has a great sense of comedy. Brahmanandam and Vennela too surprised us. There were hardly any logic in the film, still I liked it. The story takes a lot of turns and you seriously don’t know what will happen next. I find this film a comedy roller coaster ride of 2 hours 30 minutes nonstop. The unpredictable story till the end is the USP of this film. The director really holds the film strongly from start to end and that’s what makes is appealing.

Jathi Ratnalu movie budget hasn’t been revealed by the makers but it would be reportedly around 4 to 5 crores maximum. As per the reports, Jathi Ratnalu movie has earned 52 crores plus gross in lifetime. Jathi Ratnalu also did a Pre-Release business of 11 crores.
Altogether, Jathi Ratnalu is one of the most funniest films I have seen in years. A must watch for every and it make you happy for sure.
