Comedy Couple is the latest movie released on OTT platform Zee5 on October 21, 2020. It is a light hearted love story with a screentime of 1 hour 57 minutes.

Before moving ahead, I must tell you that Comedy Couple has been well written by Bikas Ranjan Mishra. It has been produced by Siddharth Anand Kumar and Vikram Mehra. This film has been edited by Abhishek Seth and cinematography has been done by Riju Das.
This film stars Saqib Saleem aka Deep Sharma, Shweta Basu Prasad aka Zoya Batra, Rajesh Tailang, Pooja Bedi and Aadar Malik.
The early response of Comedy Couple is mixed to positive from critics in a range of 2.5 to 3 stars out of 5. The audience did liking it but overall response will be known in few weeks.
Talking about the film, Deep has a bad habit of telling a lie to his parents or even girlfriend. Soon, Zoya realised that Deep even didn’t told about her to his parents. They couple are struggling together both in personal life and professional life. Soon, the problems started between the two and the question arises whether they leave their comedy show or not?
There were some really good moments in this movie and it worked out in bits and parts. It is not a very good film still it stays with you, thanks to its beautiful screenplay. The story is good still it seems to be a bit drag. Interestingly, you can see real life comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi and Bhuvan Bam.
The budget of Comedy Couple is not revealed but it would be reportedly around 6 to 8 crores minimum. By looking at the early response, Comedy Couple will be a average hit so far.
