Bollywood Veteran Actor Shashi Kapoor Passes Away

One of the most versatile actors of Bollywood Industry Shashi Kapoor passes away in Mumbai.He died in Mumbai today (December 4, 2017) after a prolonged liver cirrhosis at Kokilaben Hospital, Mumbai. He died at the age of 79.

He started his Hindi film career with Aag in 1948 and also worked as a young Raj Kapoor in Awaara in the year 1951. He has ruled the Hindi film Industry in the late 60 and also made his mark in the 70’s era. Some of his notable movies are Jab Jab Phool Khile, Neend Hamari Khwab Tumhare, Aamne Samne, Waqt, Kabhi Kabhie, Haseena Maan Jayegi, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, New Delhi Times and many more.

He has also worked in English movies like The Householder, Siddhartha, Shakespeare-Wallah and many more. He was one of the few Indian actors who made his mark at International market. He married to Jennifer Kendal in 1958 but she died in 1984. Shashi Kapoor was broken after her death and since then he detached from everyone and even from movies. He gained an excess of weight since then and now he has left us in this material world.

Shashi Kapoor will always be remembered for his movies and performances.
