Bhoomi And Newton have completed the first weekend at the box office. If we talk about Bhoomi, it has seen a decent growth but Newton has surprised the audience with a big bounce in the collection.

Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film Bhoomi has been made with a budget of over 25 crores. It has earned 2.25 crores on Friday, 2.47 crores on Saturday and 2.76 crores on Sunday. The first-weekend collection stands at 7.48 crores. It was released in 1894 screens in India.

Another release of the week, Rajkummar’s Rao Newton has collected 96 lakhs on the first day. On the second day, it collects 2.52 crores and the Sunday collection was 3.42 crores. Released in 430 screens, Newton total collection is 6.90 crores.

On the very third day, Bhoomi collection was lower than Newton’s collection. The only reason behind this is the huge word of a mouth publicity of Newton after it has become India’s official entry for Oscars in 2018.

Altogether, Newton has a strong first weekend and it will continue to collect good money throughout the weekdays.
