Baahubali 2 movie has released today in China and has performed well in the paid-previews. The advance booking of this film is better than Dangal and PK in China.

S.S. Rajamouli’s magnum opus first part Baahubali: The Beginning was released in China in 2016 and has earned 1.18 million, which is now equivalent to 7.89 crores. Interestingly, Baahubali 2 has gone past that figure in the midst of Day 1 in China. As per the latest collection report of Baahubali 2 in China till 4.30 pm Chinese Standard Time, it has earned $ 1.22 million – 8.16 crores.

Baahubali 2 has collected $ 0.53 million – 3.53 crores till the final advance booking through pre-sales. This collection is a proof that Baahubali 2 has been embraced by Chinese fans with open arms. Interestingly, it has got 8.9 stars rating at the Chinese ticket booking site maoyan.com.

This film currently stands at the number two position in China after Chinese film Us and Them. Maoyan.com has predicted that Baahubali 2 will earn 74 crores lifetime in China and the main reason would have been the release of Avengers: Infinity War on May 11, 2018. With such a stiff competition in the second week, Baahubali 2 might struggle to cross 100 crores in China.

Altogether, Baahubali 2 final advance booking is much better than other Indian releases in China so far.
