He was born on December 27, 1965, in Indore. Since then, he has spent his early years in Indore and Gwalior. He is the son of renowned screenwriter Salim Khan, who wrote Sholay and Deewar. His mother is Sushila Charak. Salman Khan’s real name is Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan. For studying, he went to The Scindia School at Gwalior.
