Bahubali, which was released on July 10, 2015, has completed two years in Cinematic history. It is one of those films that has changed the whole scenario about movies in India. It also blurred the terms South film as it has emerged as a national film. At the latest, Prabhas turns a bit emotional after remembering this magnum opus and thanked everyone for their love.

Prabhas took to social media to share his feelings about Bahubali. He said, “Today marks the completion of two years to the release of a very special film of mine, Baahubali: The Beginning. I feel a deep sense of nostalgia and I have been reminiscing the early days when the entire team was working on this film with so much passion. I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all my fans who don’t leave any chance to make me feel so loved and special. Congratulations to the entire Baahubali team for this day, especially the man behind all of it, SS Rajamouli. We owe it all to you.”
In India, Bahubali has collected over 400 crores and reached nearly 700 crores worldwide. On the other hand, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion has crossed 1000 crores in India and collected almost 1700 crores worldwide. So, with that, you can say that Baahubali series is one of the most pathbreaking one in the history of Indian Cinema. Interestingly, Baahubali 2 has crossed over 500 crores in Hindi dubbed version, where you can’t even imagine Hindi films to cross 300 crores mark.
On the professional front, Prabhas is currently working on his next Saaho along with Anushka Shetty. Post this, Prabhas will do next flick with Prabhudeva. And guess what, he has already signed a three-film-deal with Bollywood producer and director Karan Johar. So, he will be busy for another 5 years for doing films in South and Bollywood cinema.
Altogether, Baahubali has given us our own superhero and we are blessed that we have witnessed such a rich part of cinema through Baahubali series.
