9Sridevi starring Mom film has started on a good note at the Box Office. Till now it has completed two days on the silver screen and the second day was more fruitful to the movie.

On the very first day, Mom movie has collected 2.90 crores and the second-day witness a 75 percent growth. On the Day 2, Mom film has earned 5.08 crores which make the total to 7.98 crores. The second-day response clearly means that the movie will earn bigger on the Day 3.

Released on July 7, 2017, Mom film received immense praise from film critics. On the first day, it garnered only 20 percent audience occupancy. The film was received well by the audience too and the mouth publicity has helped the movie on the second day.

Directed by debutant director Ravi Udyawar, the film stars Sridevi as Janki, Sajal Ali as Arya, Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Daya Shankar Kapoor aka DK, Akshaye Khanna as Mathew Francis and Adnan Siddiqui as Anand. Right from the music to its cinematography, everything was brilliant about this movie.

It is one of the dark movies about revenge and Sridevi has played her role effectively, even Nawaz aka DK surprises us with his performance. Akshaye Khanna seems to be back in his new avatar very effectively, who played the role of a crime branch officer.

Altogether, a must watch the film for all the cinema aficionados.
