Indian Born Actor Prabhakar Sharan Making Waves In Latin America Cinema With 1st Bollywood Style Film

How far will you go to follow your passion for Cinema and make it big in Film Industry? Well, the right example here is Prabhakar Sharan. He has seen a lot of ups and downs in her personal and professional career. But, he never gave up with his dream to be a movie star.

Prabhakar Sharan journey into films is very different from a normal one. He started his life from Motihari, Bihar and now he is a young star of Costa Rican. He made a first Latin-American film in a Bollywood style, which was loved by the audience. The original name of his Costa Rican film is, Enredados: La Confusion ((Entangled: The Confusion). He is now planning to release his film in English, Hindi, and Bhojpuri language. The title will be Ek Chor, Do Mastikhor, which is slated for release in March or April in 2018.

Talking about the same, bollywoodcrazies.com had a long conversation with the super-sensational star Prabhkar Sharan.

1. Why have You decided to Make a film to cater to Bhojpuri audience?

Answer: According to me a proper film is universal and it has no limitation. As I am born in Bihar and I am proud to come outside country where there was no language and today I am called as a lively action hero so I wanted max people to reach this message so I went India stayed there 4 months and personally dubbed all movie into Hindi and Bhojpuri my principal reason was to inspire people who dream that yes all dreams can be realized if you do hard work. This film is a message to everyone. 14 years back I came here without enough money and today I have done this movie in Spanish and I called as the first Indian actor to work in a Latin American movie.

2. The trailer of this movie is no sort of any Hollywood film? Don’t you thought of a Hindi dubbed release?

Answer: Yes, we have dubbed the movie in Hindi and Bhojpuri. We never made this movie as Hollywood style from the first day it was planed as Bollywood style Latin movie. So the local audience can go and watch our Bollywood style in their local language.

3. What inspired you to make 1 Chor 2 Mastikhor? Who is the target audience?

Answer: 1 chor 2 mastikhor is done because I was a Hindi movie distributor before and not much local people here used to watch the Bollywood commercial movie so I thought I should make something where first time local people should watch Bollywood as well as our Indian community also . My target audience is from age 12 to 50 mainly.

4. How was your experience with WWE wrestler Scott Styner in this film?

Answer: Being a legend and world champion Scott gave a lot experience and benefits to me.
I learnt from him how humble he is with such big name. He also helped me a lot in many action sequence and also taught me many details of bodybuilding.

5. When will this film release in India and anything that you detail about its distributor or exhibitor or just screen count?

Answer: Yes we expect to release in 200 to 300 screens it depends on what negotiation we will get from distributors. The film is scheduled to release in March or April. We have talked to few distributors and just waiting final details.

6. Which are the other departments that you worked in this film, rather than writing the story?

Answer: I worked in acting very important I was in production as I know the local language so I was managing all and everyone. Also, I was like the translator between Indian crew and Latin American crew. And finally, the second shoot which happened after 6 month which was 20 percent of left movie I shot with Rakesh Sharma and Suresh Beesaveni as director.

7. What makes this movie a crowd puller?

Answer: 1. First time an Indian actor works in Spanish movie as a lead actor he speaks Spanish and which is done by Bollywood recipe. It’s has amazing 4 songs and 80% of the movie is shot on exotic location of Costa Rica and Panama where we have seen in past past Jurassic Park, Acopolypto (Mel Gibson ), and After Earth, a Will Smith movie. The songs are sung by singers like Amit Mishra , Abhijeet Sawant ,Aman Trikha, and Sahid Mallya. We will see our Bollywood type songs first time in a foreign film choreographed by Bollywood dance master Rakesh Sharma and Praveen . Action done by Parvez Shaikh Who has done Fan, Sultan etc and Sunil Pala. The DOP of the film is Suresh Beesaveni, whose recent movie Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana was a successful movie. All this quality people put there effort with Prabhakar Sharan to create this unique movie in Latin America for a complete family entertainment with its standards .

8. Tell Me about your journey into films?

Answer: I have distributed Bollywood movies in Central America and my company was the only company which started this in 2003 we distributed Bollywood movies commercially I tried to make movies from 2009 but always due to some hurdle, I was stopped. I invited few directors from India but never finished the projects. I have done few movies but for me, this is my first commercial movie. I consider this project as a milestone in Latin America cinema as it has never been done before and also it was very well accepted in Central America. Our company is in a plan to do the second movie this year.
