Rani Mukerji’s comeback film Hichki has released today in China. It has opened on 5th position at the Chinese box office and already raked over 1.18 crores through its advance booking. Now, the question is what will be Hichki lifetime collection in India?

Post Hindi Medium release in China, other Bollywood films have fail to make any big impact in the foreign soil. Even, Salman Khan starring Sultan drops miserably in China and did a lifetime collection of just 37 crores gross. Whereas, Toilet:Ek Prem Katha Chinese lifetime collection was around 97 crores gross.

By looking at the hits and failures of Bollywood movies in China, I am very much sure that they like Indian movies which are realistic and good on emotions. Hichki is offcourse one of them and there are good chances that it will do a lifetime collection over 150 to 170 crores gross. Despite competition from various films, Hichki has enough strength to run for a month in mainland China.

So far, Hichki has received over 39000 shows, which itself a great feat for a Hindi film. Recently, Rani Mukerji went in China to promote her film.

Altogether, I am hopeful that Hichki will cross 100 Crores and will surely turnout out to be a hit there.
