In this film, Aamir Khan is essaying a role of Shakti Kumar, who is a renowned Music Composer. In the trailer itself, he utters that, I have got so many awards in my life but here I am presenting an award for Best Female Playback Singer. As the Secret Superstar trailer flows, you can see Zaira Wasim as the main protagonist is watching the same award show.

She dreams to bea singer but the only problem is her father has some other plans for her. Though her mother supports her, but they both have to listen the head of the family. In the whole trailer, you can see how Zaira is finding it difficult to live her dream. Soon, she left with no other option rather than starting her own Youtube Channel.

Soon, she gets famous but no one knows her real name. As she always covers her face by Burkha. She tells the secret to her mother but hides from her father. What happens, when her father got to know about this big secret? is what the story follows.

Even, Aamir Khan’s role as a music composer is worth applauding. His role is one of the unique one and the audience will surely love him in this new avatar.
